What is the portrait of digital activism of civil society organizations (CSOs) in Indonesia in the 2016-2021 period? What is its effectiveness and impact on the socio-political dynamics in Indonesia? And what are the concrete strategies and practices that CSOs need to adopt in conducting digital activism, especially in the midst of narrowing civic space?
This research aims to answer and enrich the discourse on civil society social movements in Indonesia. In addition, the findings in this research are expected to be a lesson for CSOs and youth groups in Indonesia in maximizing digital activism in the midst of narrowing civic space.
